Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description

This team member will handle calls, emails and online chats from customers with pre-sales support inquiries, after-sales support issues, technical questions on products, and cross-selling AdaptiBar services to existing customers. You will be responsible for making every potential or existing customer happy that they are contacting our company. We are looking for vibrant, energetic people to join our team. You will be responsible for all customer service functions at this small, but rapidly-growing company. This is a great opportunity for someone with ambition and initiative.

Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service experience Great phone presence is a must, since you'll be spending the majority of your time on the phone Interpersonal skills Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change Problem solving skills Ability to listen through a situation and think on your feet Proven computer skills required (professional emailing, data entry, CRM)


The position is full time and pays $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.


Bachelor's Degree is required.
